  • Objective: Establish the foundational platform and launch the core raffle system.
  • Milestones:
    • Launch the KaspaLuckyBot on the specified platform (e.g., Telegram ).
    • Implement the core raffle system with daily raffles and the 100-ticket minimum.
    • Integrate a secure wallet connection and ticket purchasing system (50 KAS per ticket).
    • Implement the automated 80/20 prize split and payout mechanism.
    • Ensure transparency by linking the prize pool wallet for public verification.
    • Create and promote a dedicated Telegram channel for the community.

Phase 2: Platform Enhancement & Feature Expansion
  • Objective: Improve the user experience and introduce new ways to engage with the bot.
  • Milestones:
    • Advanced Raffle Options: Introduce variations to the raffle format, such as jackpot raffles, themed raffles, or raffles with different ticket prices.
    • User Interface (UI) Improvements: Develop a more user-friendly interface for the bot, with clear commands and better visual feedback.
    • Referral Program: Implement a system where users can invite others and receive a small bonus, such as a free ticket or a small amount of KAS, to encourage growth.
    • Leaderboards: Introduce a public leaderboard to track top ticket buyers or winners, fostering a sense of competition and community.
    • Multi-Platform Support: Expand the bot's availability to other platforms, such a web-based portal, to reach a broader audience.

Phase 3: Smart Contract Integration
  • Objective: Improve the user experience and introduce new ways to engage with the bot.
  • Milestones:
    • Smart Contract Development: Begin development of the bot's core logic as a smart contract.
    • Testnet Deployment: Deploy the smart contract on the Kaspa testnet for rigorous testing.
    • Mainnet Transition: Once Kaspa activates smart contracts on the mainnet, migrate the bot's logic to a smart contract to ensure trustless and verifiable operations.

Phase 4: Community & Ecosystem Integration
  • Objective: Improve the user experience and introduce new ways to engage with the bot.
  • Milestones:
    • Partnerships: Form partnerships with other projects in the Kaspa ecosystem or prominent Kaspa community members to co-host raffles or promotions.
    • Community Governance: Introduce a simple voting mechanism where the community can vote on new features, raffle rules, or future developments.
    • Educational Content: Create content (e.g., articles, videos) explaining the benefits of using the bot, the Kaspa network, and best practices for securing a wallet.

Phase 5: Long-Term Vision & Scalability
  • Objective: Improve the user experience and introduce new ways to engage with the bot.
  • Milestones:
    • Audits & Security: Conduct third-party security audits of the smart contract code to ensure the highest level of security and trust.
    • Increased Prize Pools: Implement mechanisms to increase the prize pools, potentially through a portion of the service fees or other revenue streams, to attract more participants.
    • Mobile App: Develop a dedicated mobile application for both iOS and Android to provide a more seamless and accessible user experience.
    • Open-Source Development: Open-source the smart contract code to encourage community contributions and further decentralization.
